Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

  • Shipping fee: €9.99

  • Free shipping on orders over €119

  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 days

  • No additional customs, import duties, or clearance fees apply.


European Union

  • Shipping fee: €15.99

  • Free shipping on orders over €249

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 days

  • No additional customs, import duties, or clearance fees apply.


Mainland United Kingdom (excludes Northern Ireland)

  • Shipping fee: £15.99

  • Free shipping on orders over £120. 

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 days

  • Important: Import duties and customs fees only apply to orders of £135 or more.
    • All import duties and customs charges are calculated at checkout.
    • There are no extra fees or paperwork for you upon delivery.

     

Breakdown of UK Duties and Customs Charges:

1. For orders over £135

  • Import Duty (calculated as % of the product price):
    • 0% for duvets and pillows
    • 8–12% for all other items (e.g., sheets, pillowcases, bed sets, etc)

The total duty for all products will appear as one amount under the item "Duties" at checkout. 

  • Brokerage/Disbursement Fee:
    •  £13.60 per order

This fee will be automatically added to your "Shipping" at checkout. Shipping fee of £15.99 plus brokerage fee of  £13.60=  £25.59

 

2. For orders under £135: No import duties or brokerage fees will be charged.


North America

  • Shipping fee: €39.99

  • Estimated delivery time: varies by location

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or clearance fees imposed by their local authorities. 


Rest of the World

  • Shipping fee: €50.00

  • Estimated delivery time: varies by location

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or clearance fees imposed by their local authorities.

 

 

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse your delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A refund will be issued for the product and VAT; however:

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you were eligible for “free shipping”, the shipping cost covered by us (please see exact costs based on your region above) will be deducted from your product purchase refund. 

  • For orders shipped to mainland United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. These charges are collected by local authorities and cannot be reimbursed by us.

  • Customers will be responsible for any fees incurred in returning the item.

 

 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging.
