How long will delivery take?
Free Ireland Delivery over €75: 2-3 days.
Free Europe Delivery (outside of Ireland) over €199: 3-8 days.

I am based in Mainland UK, will I be subject to custom charges?
United Kingdom mainland orders over £135 will be subject to duty charges and will be charged directly to the customer.
United Kingdom mainland orders under the threshold of £135 will not be subject to duty charges.
Northern Ireland customers will not be subject to any custom charges.

Can I choose a different sized duvet cover to fitted sheet in the bed set?
This is not possible as our best-selling bed set is pre-packed in the factory. You would need to purchase each item separately or purchase a bed set and an extra fitted sheet in your chosen size.

What size pillowcases come within the bed set?
Our double, king & superking bed sets include 2x regular size 50 x 75cm pillowcases. Our single bed set includes 1x regular size 50 x 75cm pillowcase. If you require larger king size pillowcases, you can shop them here:

Are your pillows and duvets hypo-allergenic?
Our pillows and duvets are not considered hypo-allergenic as they are filled with feather and down. Our duvet comprises 70% down and 30% feather for added weight.

How should I wash my sheets/ can they be tumble dried?
We recommend washing your sheets at 30-40 degrees on the 'cotton' setting of your washing machine.
Yes they can be tumble dried on a low setting. We recommend taking them out of the washing machine before bone dry, this will help any small creasing to fall out easily.

Do I need to iron my sheets?
You certainly do not have to iron your sheets, by using the 'cotton' setting on your washing machine and leaving to line dry, any small creasing will fall out easily. If you do wish to iron your sheets, they iron very easily.

We do not have a presence in any physical store, the only place you can purchase from us is directly through this website.
