When I am feeling positively challenged, stimulated, surrounded by people I love and engaged in activities that align with my values and purpose. In particular I am at my absolutely happiest when I am mentoring, nurturing and inspiring women-led startups and small businesses to succeed.
What's the one thing you wish you knew 20 years ago?
I always thought really successful people never felt or showed signs of fear or nerves. I still remember the moment I realised it's not that successful people don't feel fear but rather that they feel the fear and do it anyway! I wish I had known this a long time ago as I had so much self doubt in my late teens and early 20s.
What matters the most to you in your work?
Creating a space, environment and programs that enable women to have the greatest chances of succeeding in business. My work, my passions and everything I stand for is to ensure women truly thrive. I am on a mission to make Australia the best place in the world for women to start, grow and lead successful businesses.
