Returns & Refunds
At White & Green, we pride ourselves in creating the finest products and we hope to make you, our customers, happy!
- For hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns at this time for anything other than the unlikely event of a manufacturing default (please see below for instructions).
- The health and safety of our customers and our workers is priority and we cannot have cross contamination of products which could arise from returns.
- For this reason, please ensure you measure your bed properly and order the correct size and style ahead of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship by DHL or GLS couriers from our warehouse in Ireland. Typically, orders for Ireland and the EU are processed and delivered within 1-3 days (excludes Saturdays and Sundays). All deliveries are made between normal working hours, Monday to Friday. As we use a courier service, we cannot specify an exact time. Due to Covid19, deliveries are no longer signed for, they will be delivered without human contact to you. I.e. the courier will ring your bell/knock on your door and when you answer, they will place the package on the doorstep, you will not sign your signature.
Please note: bad weather or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in deliveries, so please plan accordingly.
Refusal of Delivery:
If you refuse the delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product and the VAT. However, you will not be refunded for the shipping costs and you will be responsible for the fees incurred in returning the item(s) to us.
Shipping Charges and Taxes:
All shipping within the UK & EU over 75 euro are free, and below subject to a small charge, however we subsidise the cost.
All shipping charges outside of the UK and EU are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the ship-to address. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
If you are shipping to an address outside of the EU, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (if applicable) in your country. We recommend that you ask local authorities about these duties and clearance fees in advance.

Our Returns Policy
We think you'll love your new purchase! However, if for some reason you wish to return a product, we will gladly accept it within 28 days of delivery. You can request either a refund or an exchange.
Just follow these simple steps:
1. Email us with the order number, product and reason for return.
2. Return the unused product securely to its original packaging.

Returns (for reasons other than a manufacturing defect) will be arranged using the original payment method and all postage or shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
In the unlikely circumstance that your product has arrived in a damaged or faulty state, please let us know the exact details. We will then arrange your return (refund or exchange) and we will refund all postage/shipping costs.
Please note that we are not responsible for the goods until they have been received at our warehouse in Dublin- so we strongly recommend that you arrange a tracking number for the parcel. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned items.
Please also beware that we do our best to present colours in our product photography. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour on your screen will be a true representation and slight variations may occur.
