It’s really exciting, we set White & Green two years ago with our Mum, Sari. We wanted to create bed linen that is really, really luxurious and 100% Organic and ethically-made.
So Sari, you’re known for creating 5 star beds. What does that entail?
Well, lots and lots of things starting from the mattress upwards but at the very end, you’ve got to have stunning bed linen.
Everybody has to go to bed at night. That’s true. And you spend 1/3 of your life in bed. So I decided to just really specialise on the quality of people’s sleep."
